Yoga for Mobility focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, and finding your body’s “blind spots.” It incorporates self-massage via Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, traditional yoga poses, stretching, simple strengthening techniques, and release via relaxation. It’s the perfect compliment to your Pilates practice!
