Yoga, Mimosas, & Southern Xmas Fried Chicken Pop Up at Devour Brewing

This event is EXTRA special because Red Splendor will be doing a Southern Xmas Fried Chicken Pop Up at the brewery! So, stay after class to enjoy some delicious home-cooked food and let’s celebrate the holidays together!

Join us for yoga at a quaint and funky brewery with fabulous beer! This hour-long class will leave you moving better and feeling better in your body. Together, we will move, stretch and breathe at Devour Brewing in Boynton Beach. It is appropriate for any level of fitness, and beginners are welcome. It will also feature something truly unique called Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. These are small rubber balls used to massage painful knots and tension out of your muscles. Think of them as an on-demand massage therapist! I will incorporate them into the class sequence, which makes this class truly unique and fun. Come join us! Cost is $15 and it includes a FREE CRAFT BEER OR MIMOSA.
