Yoga at Prosperity Brewers

Join us for yoga at this spectacular small-batch brewery in the heart of Boca Raton, FL! This hour-long class will leave you moving better and feeling better in your body. Together, we will move, stretch and breathe right inside of the tap room. It is appropriate for any level of fitness, and beginners are welcome. It will also feature something truly unique called Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. These are small rubber balls used to massage painful knots and tension out of your muscles. Think of them as an on-demand massage therapist! I will incorporate them into the class sequence, which makes this class truly unique and fun. Come join us! Cost is $15 and it includes a free beer.
